To underline the concept of the production, a lot of archive footage was used tos how the horrors of war.

Multiple Projections on parts of the stage design.

The opera was performed at the memorial on the site of a former labor camp from the Third Reich.
In order to do justice to the significance of this location, video projections were also used to immerse the scenes in the right light and literally illuminate the historical background.
